At Hania Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, inserts, and original labels.
  • Be in resalable condition.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products.
  • Products with broken safety seals.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Pictures of the packaging

After verification, Hania Beauty will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong product, selected the wrong shade, or changed your mind, you may return the item provided that:

  • The product is unopened.
  • The product is unused.
  • The product remains in original condition.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible products within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Products must meet all return eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products verified by Hania Beauty:

✅ Return shipping will be covered by Hania Beauty.

For change-of-mind returns or customer ordering mistakes:

✅ The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

Hania Beauty does not charge any restocking fee.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return after delivery if the product qualifies under this policy.
