Repeated refusal of COD parcels, fake orders, unreachable phone numbers, or incorrect addresses may result in order cancellation or future COD restrictions.

We deliver orders within Pakistan through available courier or delivery partners.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on your city, address, courier operations, public holidays, weather, payment verification, stock availability, or other factors outside our control.
Hania Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect customer information, customer unavailability, or events beyond our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or damaged beauty and personal care products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, product details, and clear photos or video proof.
Items sent back without approval from Hania Beauty may not be accepted.
