Thoroughly wash your face and make sure it is free of creams, lotions, or makeup.
Remove the strip from the sachet and peel it off the plastic liner.
Thoroughly wet your nose with water. If the nose is not wet enough, the strip may not stick properly.
Apply the strip to the nose area and press down to ensure good contact with the skin.
Let the strip dry for 10–15 minutes. Drying time may vary slightly depending on climate or humidity.
Once fully dried, slowly and carefully peel it off starting from the edges and pulling toward the center. Rinse away any remaining residue with water.
